Cailyn is a certified Occupational Therapist (OT) whom recently graduated from Wits University and is a member of the Golden Key Foundation. She completed her community service at Rob Ferreira Hospital, based in Nelspruit. She has worked in a number of environments focusing mainly on neurological rehabilitation prior to starting her own private practise.
Cailyn has a passion for neuroscience and sensory integration. Her curiosity as also led her on a journey exploring psychological constructs applicable to OT, namely: resilience, self-regulation and mindful-based-cognitive-therapy. She is motivated to promote well-being and help individuals to learn, grow and flourish in their daily life though sensory awareness and regulation.
Cailyn is currently completing her Master’s degree at the University of Potchefstroom in Applied Positive Psychology.
